About me

A bit about me

My love for cooking started when I was six years old in my mom’s kitchen, where food was always at the heart of everything. While I moved through different countries, from Kazakhstan, Poland, Canada, Switzerland, and now France, those childhood dishes stayed with me all this time.

I became vegan 14 years ago and this transition pushed my cooking skills to a new level. I had to reinvent my favorite dishes using plants, and that creative challenge transformed how I cook.
Working at an all gluten-free restaurant opened up a whole new world of challenges. I love working with dough: dumplings, breads, pizzas, and pastas. Learning to master these without gluten has been both challenging and rewarding.

I teach cooking workshops to make plant-based cooking accessible and approachable. My goal is to help participants gain confidence in the kitchen, experiment with flavors, and discover that everyone can cook delicious plant-based meals. It doesn’t have to be complicated, you just need to find your own style.
